Kombucha and Wines from Lubusz Vineyards
What does Kombucha taste like?
The main metabolites found in Kombucha are, inter alia, organic acids such as acetic, gluconic, tartaric, malic and citric acid.
Acetic acid is the acid that dominates the fermented solution, thanks to which the drink has a sour taste and is slightly carbonated, it can be said that it resembles cider 🍎.
It will definitely appeal to fans of fermented foods.
But what if we don't want to prepare Kombucha ourselves? Nothing is lost. There is more and more bottled Kombucha on the food market, prepared on the basis of green or black tea. They are enriched with various additives that not only affect the taste or beautiful color, but also increase its health-promoting properties. Such additives include turmeric, ginger, mint, hibiscus and various fruits 🍋🍓🥭🍍. Each producer uses slightly different fermentation conditions, some products are more acidic, while others are more subdued. Interestingly, kombucha is low in calories.
Store products usually contain as much as 4 to 15 kcal / 100ml and trace amounts of alcohol.
Remember that those prepared at home may contain up to 3% alcohol🥂.

ATELIER Artur and Małgosia Cerkowniak is a breeding ground for ideas born in Krzywczyce, a beautiful village where the road ends and life begins.
The ideas were at times painting, at times sculptural, at other times culinary. Between the exhibitions and the creative work, there was something missing that could be offered to visitors to the studio.
